International scholarships

To recognise outstanding achievement, the ҹèÊÓƵ offers scholarship schemes to help fund your studies. You could receive up to 50% off your tuition fees in your first year.
 

Entry requirements

Undergraduate

We require applicants taking the Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (BGCSE) to successfully complete an international international foundation year (PUIC) or equivalent.
Applicants who have successfully completed a Bachelor Degree Part 1 (First Two Years of Study) with good grades (C or 60% or above), can be considered for admission to the first year of a relevant Bachelor degree course.
Applicants who have completed the Botswanan Diploma awarded by the University of Botswana or accredited by the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) can be considered for admission to the first year of a relevant Bachelor degree programme.

Postgraduate

We require applicants to have completed a good bachelor degree (between 5 and 6 years) or a master’s degree or a Postgraduate Diploma from a recognised institution with the following classification:

English language requirements

A recognised English language requirements (e.g. IELTS) would be required, or successful completion of one of the University's Pre-sessional English Language courses .
